For this assignment I chose two warm colored fabrics and two cool colored fabrics and examined each of them under a compact fluorescent lamp, a halogen lamp, a high-intensity discharge lamp, a LED lamp, and a incandescent lamp. It amazed me at some of the different colors that it made the fabric appear to be. The fluorescent, the halogen, and the incandescent lamps in my opinion had the best effect on each of the fabrics where as the high-intensity discharge and the LED lamps gave each of the fabrics a harsh appearance.
